Xiphactinus was the top predatory fish of the vast inland seas of North America in the Late Cretaceous.

Reaching lengths of 18 feet, the tarpon-like Xiphactinus fed on whatever it wanted, as evidenced by some specimens found with a six-foot long fish preserved in its stomach.

This cast is of the skull of a large individual. It comes ready to hang.
